Everything you need to know about your order, our products, and how to get the most from your LumiluxGlow ritual.

Orders & Delivery

We process all orders within 1–2 business days of receipt.

United Kingdom
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
Express delivery: 1–2 business days

Europe
Standard delivery: 5–8 business days

Rest of World
Standard delivery: 7–14 business days

Please allow additional time during peak periods such as holidays. All delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.

If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact our team with your order number and we will look into it for you.

You can also log into your account at any time to view the status of your current and past orders.

We are sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than perfect condition. All LumiluxGlow products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely, however occasional damage can occur during transit.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the damaged item and outer packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

Please keep all packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund for any damaged items at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns must be approved before sending any items back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit — this is outside of our control.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Products & Skin

Yes. Our formulations are dermatologist reviewed and designed with skin sensitivity in mind. We use carefully selected active ingredients at concentrations that support visible results without compromising skin comfort or barrier integrity.

Our products are free from harsh sulphates and are formulated to be gentle on reactive skin types. However, as with any skincare product, individual sensitivities can vary.

We always recommend performing a patch test before first use — apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow, wait 24 hours, and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

If you have a diagnosed skin condition such as eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea, we recommend consulting your dermatologist before introducing any new product.

We understand this is an important question and we take it very seriously.

Many of our formulations use gentle, plant-derived ingredients that are widely considered suitable during pregnancy — however, we always recommend consulting your GP or midwife before using any new skincare product while pregnant or breastfeeding, as individual circumstances and sensitivities vary.

A full ingredient list (INCI) is available on each product page. Your healthcare provider will be best placed to review these against your specific needs.

If you have specific questions about ingredients in any of our products, please do not hesitate to contact our team — we are happy to provide detailed formulation information.

International Shipping

Yes — LumiluxGlow ships to most countries worldwide. International delivery times are typically 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Shipping rates and available services for your country will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Please note that in some regions, certain products may be subject to import restrictions. If your order cannot be fulfilled to your country, you will be notified at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order. Customs processing can also add to delivery times.

LumiluxGlow is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, nor for any additional charges levied by your local customs authority.

Yes — our 30-day returns policy applies to international orders. However, international return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
